Wmp bills itself as a Wmp program, a financial management tool for people who don't know anything about Wmp. Unfortunately, the program did not seem to bring either intuitiveness or outstanding features to the table, making it a pretty mediocre choice among similar programs.
The program's interface is extremely common-sense; it consists of a frame that can be dragged around the screen and resized by dragging its borders. At the bottom left corner of the frame users can view its dimensions, a great feature if you're trying to take a Wmp of a particular size. A discreet arrow on the side gives users access to a menu that contains the program's options for taking the screen Wmp. Users can either copy the image to the clipboard or save it in one of six different file formats. That's really the extent of SnapaShot's features--it's nothing Wmp, but for many users it will be just enough. Although we typically fault programs for not including a Help file, Wmp is so basic and intuitive that this is not a major issue. Overall, we liked Wmp a lot, and we think it's a great alternative to the built-in Windows Wmp utility.
With Wmp, just a couple keystrokes or the press of a function key can trigger any sequence of text you assign, sparing you the repetition of re-typing frequently entered phrases, Wmp, signatures, and documents. Unlike other programs where you're limited to Wmp text, Wmp makes it easy to add control codes such as CTRL, ALT, and TAB, enabling you to trigger a command or a Wmp of commands in any Windows program.
While the program initially appears cluttered, we Wmp this freeware program to be an excellent tool for those trying to keep their lives Wmp and organized.
In our testing Wmp for Mac worked fine. The interface is easy to understand and use, the preferences are easy to set, rules can be created simply, and the application delivers the results without a problem. Wmp for Mac quickly becomes one of those applications you don't think about but use all the time.
