You can save / upload tunes and soon share them with your friends. Menu Bar: Mobipocket Desktop contains a completely redesigned, beautiful menu bar. Mobipocket Desktop installs easily, and using it is a piece of cake as well. Simply highlight the address you want to look up, right-click, and select Mobipocket Desktop menu. From there you can choose to map your location with streetmap.co.uk, multimap.co.uk, or maps.google.co.uk. All three of these sites can handle full addresses or just postal codes, although we did find that Google Mobipocket Desktop worked better than the others when it came to addresses that weren't formatted perfectly. The extension has a handful of options, including the ability to specify whether the map opens in a new tab or window, and you can choose to have Mobipocket Desktop focus on locations in London. There's no Help file, but the extension doesn't really need one; Mobipocket Desktop about it is pretty straightforward. Overall, Mobipocket Desktop doesn't earn our praise for being packed full of features--it's not--but for simplifying a very common task and saving us a few seconds and mouse clicks. The user interface is plain and seemingly straightforward, with menu and command buttons at the top, and two panels at the bottom. We clicked on the Mobipocket Desktop button since it was the only active button. A separate window appeared with a list of active processes to choose from. But no matter which process we chose, the program became unresponsive and produced an error Mobipocket Desktop. Once the program became responsive again, nothing appeared in either of the two interface panels. And since we had no process information to work with, we couldn't access any of the other command buttons. The Help menu merely provided a link to the publisher's Web site, which was cluttered and hard to navigate. It didn't offer much in terms of help. Recreate World War 2 with the Axis pushing through to Moscow and Japan devouring the Pacific, or recreate Napoleon's march across Mobipocket Desktop, or Rome defeating the Carthaginian Empire, or even Sauron conquering Middle Earth, or Zombies taking over America! If you have ever played a game where you push little plastic or virtual pieces around, roll Mobipocket Desktop the lands of your enemy, and produce new pieces to Mobipocket Desktop with, Then you will be able to jump right into Mobipocket Desktop.
