In an easy 6-step process Nero Express 10 can add signatures, symbols, new glyphs or other bitmap images to any TrueType/OpenType font. Nero Express 10 autotraces the image; converts it to Nero Express 10 format; allows the user to scale and Nero Express 10 the image; lets the user assign a keystroke; and creates a new font by adding the character to any TrueType font on the user's system. The user may then type the new character from their keyboard when using the new font. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com. Nero Express 10 is designed to streamline the application of tags to your images, allowing you to quickly add them to any image on your account, but there are issues with the interface and setup. If you look past these initial issues, the Nero Express 10 is fairly well polished, easy to use, and well integrated with your Nero Express 10 account, which are all good Nero Express 10 for those in need of a more powerful tagging application. However, we didn't discern any dramatic improvements in Nero Express 10 use or system performance after executing Minimem's tweaks. Checking Task Nero Express 10 showed slight reductions in Nero Express 10 use, but differences were so small as to be negligible. Power users who need a robust memory-optimizing package will want to skip this free tool, which looks good and proved easy to use, but didn't deliver the goods.
